Child safety at Harbour
Harbour is designed for adults and does not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under 13. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors.
How we handle reports
Content flagged through our in-app Report action is reviewed by our moderation team. Confirmed CSAM is removed immediately, the posting account is disabled, and the incident is preserved and escalated to the appropriate authorities in line with applicable law.
Reporting concerns
The fastest way to report suspected child endangerment inside a chat is to use the Report action on the specific message. For reports that cannot be raised inside the app, contact our monitored safety inbox at safety@harbour-app.com. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
