Overview

Harbour ("we", "us") provides a mobile messaging app that uses AI to mediate conversations between people. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Harbour you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, username, avatar), the content of messages you send through Harbour, voice recordings you choose to send, and standard technical information about your device and app usage.

How we use information

To operate the service, deliver messages, generate AI mediation and summaries, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

Messages and voice recordings are processed by AI models to provide mediation, summaries, and insights. We use trusted infrastructure providers and apply reasonable safeguards. Specific providers and retention windows will be disclosed in the final policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run Harbour, and when required by law.

Your choices

You can update your profile, delete individual messages, archive conversations, and request full account deletion at any time. See our Account Deletion page for details.

Children

Harbour is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
