Acceptance

By downloading or using Harbour you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to use Harbour in your country (at least 13 unless local law sets a higher age).

Acceptable use

Don't use Harbour to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others, to share illegal content, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

AI mediation

Harbour uses AI to help with messaging. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Use your judgement before acting on it. Harbour is not a substitute for therapy, medical, legal, or emergency services.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant Harbour the rights needed to deliver, process, and back up that content so the service can work.

Termination

You can stop using Harbour and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

Harbour is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
