Support

How can we help?

Common topics, account help and direct contact. Most things you might need, including exporting your data, deleting your account, or managing AI features, can be done from inside the Harbour app.

Account help

You can manage your profile, change your display name and username, update your email, and review your privacy and data activity from Account → Settings inside the Harbour app. If you cannot sign in, use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in screen to send yourself a reset email.

If you have lost access to the email address linked to your Harbour account, contact us at hello@harbour-app.com and we will help you verify your identity.

Download your data

Harbour provides a Download My Data feature that creates a secure ZIP export of the personal data associated with your account. This includes your profile information, contacts, conversations, message history, AI conversation history and uploaded media (subject to technical size limits explained inside the export itself).

You can start an export from Account → Privacy & Data → Download my data. Exports are available only to the signed-in account holder.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Harbour account at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, contacts, uploaded avatar and media that you own, and terminates your access to Harbour. See our Delete account page for the full breakdown of what is removed and what may be retained.

Your data rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of your personal data. Most of these rights can be exercised directly from the Harbour app using the self-service privacy tools described above. For anything else, email hello@harbour-app.com with the subject line Data rights request. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Reporting a problem

To report a bug, suspected abuse, a security issue or anything else that needs our attention, email hello@harbour-app.com. Include as much detail as you can: what happened, when, and the device or app version you were using.

Legal documents

Most actions are also available from Account → Privacy & Data inside the app.
